Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service contract. Upon termination, you must cease using our services and return or destroy any confidential materials.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Changsha, Hunan Province.
In the event of any dispute arising from these terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute may be submitted to arbitration or litigation as appropriate.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
